As the Studio Manager at Mpower Lucy brings a dynamic mix of expertise, passion and motivation to every class that she leads. She is all about making fitness fun, inclusive and effective.Whether you're smashing through a high-intensity boxing or powering through a strength circuit. They're more than just a workout, they are experiences designed to inspire, challenge and empower you.Fitness is a partnership. Lucy commits 100% to every session, ensuring clients do the same. Dee

Dee’s dynamic approach to fitness, coupled with her warm and motivating presence, ensures that you’ll leave every class feeling stronger and more confident. Her workouts are as enjoyable as they are transformative, making her the perfect guide on your fitness journey.

Whitney

Whitney Geoghegan is a fitness coach, personal trainer, breathwork therapist and clinical hypnotherapist with over 14 years’ experience in the health and wellness Industry. she has a background in Muay Thai fighting, boxing coaching, yoga and integrative health. She is passionate about helping clients build strength, resilience, and confidence—both physically and mentally.

Whitney’s coaching style is supportive, motivating, and tailored to help you push your limits safely, while celebrating every step of your progress and looking at your health holistically.

Simona

Simona, known as Simi to most, is a passionate and driven personal trainer with a strong background in boxing, strength, and functional training. She specializes in helping clients build confidence, improve performance, and achieve lasting results through high-energy group sessions and personalized programming. With experience running both gym-based and outdoor classes, Simi brings a creative, client-focused approach to every session. Her goal is to create a motivating and supportive environment where every individual feels empowered to push their limits and grow stronger—physically and mentally.
